We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.
You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services across multiple channels.
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
0–1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing (Freshers welcome).
